Hi everyone!Thanks to my team members who came to the meeting yesterday! It was awesome!Here is some artwork that I did yesterday. Good evening,Life has a way of letting us know when we need to focus on what is most important to us - the people we love. Almost two weeks ago, a devastating earthquake hit Haiti. I admit, I am a news junkie. I watched CNN and CBC and CTV. It was and still is heartwrenching. But we can make a difference by donating. We can make their lives better. We are truly blessed here.Then, one week ago today I learned that my very close uncle (who is my Dad's twin and who lived with us almost our entire lives and he still lives with my parents) has pancreatic and lung cancer. Wow! What an amazing weekend! This weekend was my Fall Scrap 'n Stamp Retreat at the Best Western Pocaterra Inn in Canmore, Alberta! It was so much fun! Hi everyone!I am still lovin' Close to My Heart's Twitterpated My Reflections Paper Packet and the matching stamp sets and embellishments! I used our Liquid Glass on the acorns and used the kissing technique on the letters - I love that look! Here is how you get that look:Ink the letter with Close to My Heart's Chocolate Ink Pad and “kiss” it with an un-inked leaf stamp. This removes ink in the shape of the leaf. Stamp the letter onto the Colonial White cardstock. Enjoy!Nancy
