Good evening,On the eve of Remembrance Day I feel that we need to acknowledge the great sacrifices that so many of our great Canadian soldiers, past and present, have made for the freedom we all enjoy.My daughters were part of their school's Remembrance Day ceremonies today and they will be part of the ceremony in Cochrane tomorrow morning through Girl Guides and Brownies.May we never forget.In Flanders FieldsIn Flanders Fields the poppies blowBetween the crosses row on row, That marks our place; and in the skyThe larks, still bravely singing, flyScarce heard amid the guns below.We are the Dead.
