Happy Spring!
It’s been a long winter here in Southern Alberta so it’s been fantastic to feel the warm temperatures and get outside again to enjoy the sunshine! It was +18 degrees C today and I got outside to start running again and it felt amazing! I hope you’ve had a chance to get outside too!
